Main target people are the poverty-stricken, oppressed, distressed and marginalized families in the community with an emphasis on women, children, adolescents, ethnic minorities and disabled people who are as follows.

• Poor and have-less
• Have lands less than 30 decimals;
• Income is less than expenditure;
• Provide manual labor at least 200 days in a year
• Rickshaw puller/Van puller
• Untouchables/low caste
• Cleaner/sweeper
• Poor widow/divorces/husband separates
• Fisher folks   
• Working/street children/school dropped out children.
